GOCM plans to provide financial support, resources, and volunteer assistance to newly built/established churches to help them flourish in their early stages.

GOCM will work with established churches in its network to identify appropriate geographic locations in which to conduct church planting activities, with the purpose of establishing new Christian churches in spiritually underserved areas. Primarily, the Organization will work to pool resources and volunteers in order to assist these newly planted churches with initial leadership and pastoral activities, establishing and growing a seed congregation, community outreach, obtaining 501(c)(3) exempt status, and establishing a regular income stream. Utilizing a tried and tested model to rapidly scale new churches, the Organization will seek out individuals who have heard the call, and will provide pastoral training and missionary services where needed to ensure that the newly planted churches start off with the firmest foundations possible, both spiritually and communally.
